Most in-stock furniture items are delivered within 7-14 business days. For custom upholstery or made-to-order pieces, please allow 6-10 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer a premium White Glove Delivery service which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and custom-made orders are non-refundable.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Furniture Fair products include a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage.
Can I request fabric swatches before I buy?
