At Furniture Fair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely packaged; for large items, our white-glove team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup window.
Inspection Process
Once the item reaches our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the piece to ensure it meets our return standards and safety guidelines.
Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
